Calle Calderería, famous tourist street in Granada

Night on the street of the tea-shops.

The remodeling of Calle Calderería was made in two phases, since it’s divided in Calederería Alta [High] and Calderería Baja [Low], commonly known as “Calle de las Teterías” [Teashops’ Street].

It’s one of the streets that allows to walk between the lower part of the Albaicín [Arab quarter] and the Tourist Center of the city.

The first phase ended in the year 2005.

The lanterns that illuminate the walk through this narrow street are entirely manufactured in brass and with a black matt finish, providing an extra contrast between the glass transparency and the metal.
